EARN: Professional outside sales can be a demanding profession. Because of that, it should yield high levels of compensation for the salesperson. Furthermore, compensation should be directly tied to production and no limits should ever be placed upon a person’s ability to perform and, in turn, to earn a healthy paycheck. As a result, our sales team earns the highest compensation in the wireless industry.
LEARN: At RMW, we believe that outside sales should be treated as seriously as any other high-paying, high-performing career. We encourage our sales team to continually refine their selling skills and we provide them with the means to do so. Some of the methods that we use to do so are:
Mentoring by successful, experienced and established Account Executives.
Sharing of “Best Practices”.
Audio and video training courses.
Online training.
LAUGH: We believe in building a positive, fun and inspiring work environment. Whenever possible, we attempt to turn work into play. Our sales team engages in periodic field activities that are designed to inspire them to conduct the functions of their job in an atmosphere of friendly competition among their peers. These events build team unity and keep morale high.
We conduct company functions such as the “RMW Ski Team”, trips around the United States for a variety of professional sporting events, movie premieres, fundraising events, etc. |
